Mulrooney Craghill is a niche criminal defence practice in Brighton. We are experts in defending adults and young people from investigation at the police station to representation in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.

Why are we niche?

We are approachable down-to-earth criminal defence specialists. We understand how difficult it can be to be accused of a crime and have to attend the police station or Court. We will work to get you the best result regardless of whether you are innocent or guilty.

We believe you have the right to the expertise of a solicitor. Many firms use cheaper non-solicitors to represent clients at the police station and to prepare your case for the solicitor advocate who represents you in court; we only use solicitors and barristers to represent you. We believe you deserve the best representation from those who have studied hard and trained to qualify as lawyers.

We don't believe in fancy offices or expensive advertising to lure you, we rely heavily on recommendation and our reputation. We have a small office near the Magistrates Court to keep our costs down ensuring that whether your case is funded privately or by legal aid, you will have access to high quality solicitor representation day or night.
